Educational Qualification:
- Chairperson: Retired senior judicial officer/civil servant (Collector or above)/Principal of reputed Engineering college/Professor of Electrical Engineering/senior electrical engineer (Government/Distribution Licensee – Superintending Engineer or above) with minimum 25 years’ power sector experience.
- Independent Member: Minimum 10 years’ experience handling consumer grievance matters.
