Candidates must possess one of the following from recognized institutions:
• BE/B.Tech in relevant engineering fields.
• MCA (Master of Computer Applications).
• Post Graduation Degree in Science/Technology.

Selected scientists will receive attractive pay scales:
• Scientist D: ₹78,800 – ₹2,09,200/-
• Scientist E: ₹1,23,100 – ₹2,15,900/-
• Scientist F: ₹1,44,200 – ₹2,18,200/-

Plus allowances including HRA, TA, and research bonuses.
