Age Limit
The age limit for candidates as of 27th November 2025 is as follows:
Deputy Manager: 18 to 30 years
Junior Hindi Translator (JHT): 21 to 30 years
Relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable for reserved categories as per government regulations: 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST, and 10 years for PwBD candidates.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess the following qualifications to be eligible:
Deputy Manager (HR): Graduation with 60% marks plus a two-year MBA or PG Degree/Diploma in HR or a related field.
Deputy Manager (F&A): Graduation with 60% marks and an MBA/PG Diploma in Finance or CA/CMA/CFA.
Deputy Manager (C&MM): Engineering Degree and a two-year MBA/PG Diploma in Materials Management or a related field.
Deputy Manager (Legal): Full-time LLB with 60% marks and a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Junior Hindi Translator (JHT): Master’s degree in Hindi/English with relevant translation knowledge, plus a Diploma/Certificate in Translation or 2 years of relevant experience.
