Educational Qualification:

• Boiler Attendant-II (Grade III): 10th Pass + 2nd Class Boiler Attendant Certificate.
• Operator-Cum-Security Guard (Grade III): 10th Pass + 3 years experience in Police/Defense/CAPF.
• Jr. Technical Fireman: 12th Pass + Fire & Safety Diploma + Valid Transport Driving License.
• Public Health Sanitation: 12th Pass + 1-year Diploma + 1 year work experience.
• Boiler Attendant-I (Grade V): 10th Pass + 1st Class Boiler Attendant Certificate.
• Nurse: B.Sc. Nursing or PB-B.Sc. + 2 years exp. + Registration with State Nursing Council.
• Hindi Translator: B.A. in Hindi + Diploma + Typing Skills + 1 year translation experience.
• Grade VII Engineer Posts (Chemical, Civil, Computer, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical): 10th Pass + 3-Year Diploma in relevant discipline
  (Electrical also needs Electrical Supervisor’s Certificate for Assam).

• Minimum Age: 18 years (as on 18 August 2025).
• Maximum Age: Usually 30 to 35 years (varies by post and category).
• OBC (NCL): 3 years age relaxation.
• SC/ST: 5 years age relaxation.
• PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, Internal employees: As per Government/OIL norms.

OIL India Workpersons Recruitment 2025 Salary Details:

• Grade III: ₹26,600 – ₹90,000 per month.
• Grade V: ₹32,000 – ₹1,27,000 per month.
• Grade VII: ₹37,500 – ₹1,45,000 per month.
